Application Note

During organoid culture, OrganoEZ supports each critical stage of development — from stem cell expansion to organoid maturation.
  • Extracellular Matrix (ECM): Provides the 3D scaffold essential for stem cell proliferation and organization within the culture dome.
  • OrganoEZ Media: Supplies key nutrients, growth factors, and signaling proteins that drive stem spheroid differentiation into functional organoid structures.
Together, the ECM and OrganoEZ medium recreate a physiologically relevant microenvironment, ensuring efficient organoid formation and stable long-term culture.
Organoid formation is more robust when using OrganoEZ, as demonstrated in comparative studies, which show higher formation efficiency, improved morphology, and greater culture stability compared to conventional media.
